How to create an account?
You can register on Linlet by pressing “Sign Up” in the top right corner of the home page. To create an account, you can use an email or a phone number provided alongside full name and a password.
You also have an option to sign up using Google or a Facebook account.
How to change my password?
Password can be changed in Settings. Scroll down to System settings below your business cards and accounts and press the “Change password” button. You will be required to type in your old and new passwords and click “Save”.
How to restore my password when I forgot it?
If you have trouble remembering your password, find the “Forgot password? Request to reset it” option at the bottom of the sign in window. Enter your email or phone number (including country code) linked to the account and follow the instruction in a restore email or enter a verification code from SMS to create a new password.
How to change email?
Open your Settings and scroll down to System settings to press the “Change Email” button. Enter your new email address and press “Save”. To finish the process, check the mailbox and confirm the changes using the link provided in the email.
Where do I delete my account?
We recommend editing your business cards or settings details if you want to change any information. In case you need the account removed completely, contact the support team.
How to link and verify my phone number?
Navigate to your Settings and find the Phone field. In the dropdown menu select the phone code of your country: you can search by digits or country name. Type in a phone number to the field below and press “Save”. Finish the process by pressing “Verify via SMS” and entering a verification code we would send to the number provided.
What if I don’t receive the verification code?
If you don’t receive the verification code, press the “Send again” button. In case all attempts to receive SMS fail, please, try a different phone number (if possible) or contact our support team.
